1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing or using PI Nikah (the “Service”), including signing up for early access, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
   
2. About PI Nikah
   PI Nikah is a digital platform designed to facilitate Muslim marriage introductions in a privacy-first, sovereignty-respecting environment. The Service is currently in early access; features, availability, and functionality may change as we develop toward public launch.
   
3. Eligibility
   To use PI Nikah, you must:
   Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction);
   Intend to seek marriage in accordance with Islamic principles;
   Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration;
   Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
   
4. Early Access Program
   By joining the early access list:
   You acknowledge the Service is in beta development and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or temporary unavailability.
   You agree to provide constructive feedback and report issues respectfully.
   You understand that early access does not guarantee future access, and we may pause or terminate the program at any time.
   
5. Data Collection & Privacy (Your Sovereignty)
   We collect only the data you explicitly provide:
   Early Access Signup: First name, second name, date of birth, email address, and consent acknowledgments.
   App Usage (post-launch): Profile information, preferences, and interaction data — only with your explicit, per-feature consent.
   Our Commitment to You:
   ✅ You own your data. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or commercial purposes.
   ✅ Local-first architecture: Where technically feasible, your data is processed on your device. Cloud sync (e.g., for cross-device continuity) is opt-in and encrypted.
   ✅ Transparent consent: Every data collection point includes a clear explanation of purpose and a reversible consent toggle.

6. User Responsibilities
   You agree to:
   Use PI Nikah only for lawful, ethical, and Islamically aligned purposes.
   Not impersonate others, provide false information, or create multiple accounts.
   Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service.
   Respect the dignity, privacy, and boundaries of other users.

7. Intellectual Property
   PI Nikah, its branding, code, design, and content are the intellectual property of Galactic Backyard LTD (or relevant entity) and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
   You retain all rights to content you create or upload (e.g., profile text, photos), granting us a limited, revocable license to host and display it solely to facilitate the Service.
   
8. Disclaimers
   PI Nikah is a tool — not a substitute for:
   🕌 Islamic scholarship: We do not provide religious rulings (fatwa). Consult a qualified scholar for matters of faith.
   ⚖️ Legal advice: Marriage contracts, rights, and obligations vary by jurisdiction. Seek independent legal counsel.
   💙 Emotional support: We encourage healthy communication, but the Service is not a counseling platform.
   No Guarantee of Outcomes:
   We do not guarantee matches, marriages, or specific results. Your journey is between you, your Creator, and your community.
   
9. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law:
   PI Nikah is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
   We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
   Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to access the Service.
   
10. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate your access to PI Nikah immediately, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is illegal.
    You may stop using the Service at any time. To request data deletion, contact [support@pi-nikah.com].
    
11. Changes to These Terms
    We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via:
